Visit the studio for a 2 hour session and experience the Light System and all its benefits. Within one session you may feel significant healing effects. Please see the instructions for before and after care.

10 Sessions $800
To realize the deep healing of The Light System our 10 session plan is deal. The 2 hour sessions can be reserved in advance for weekly care or based on availability. The before and after care guide is below.

Unlimited Monthly $1080
The Light System unlimited sessions will restart the first of each month. The unlimited sessions will be available daytime hours, for one 2 hour session per day. Before and after care is essential.
Before & After Care
Before your session
Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water leading up to your session. Staying hydrated helps your body prepare for the detoxifying effects of the Light System.
Dress Comfortably: Wear cozy, loose-fitting layers so you can easily adjust to the room’s temperature.
Eat Lightly: Enjoy a small, nutritious meal beforehand. You want to feel satisfied, but not full. This allows your body to focus on rest and repair, rather than digestion.
Bring a Blanket & Pillow: For your ultimate comfort, we highly recommend bringing your own cozy blanket and pillow. While we provide clean alkaline water, your personal items help create a sense of safety and ease as you rest within the Light System.
Set Intentions: Come with an open heart and mind. Positive intentions and affirmations will help your body and soul open to the healing energies. Trust your own natural ability to heal—you are your own medicine.
After your session
Sea Salt Detox Bath or Foot Soak: This is an essential step to help support your body to release toxins after your session. Use a detox bath or foot soak within 24 hours to draw out impurities and promote balance. It will also minimize potential detox symptoms like brain fog or headaches. Soak for 20 minutes in the following:
2 cups sea salt
1 cup aluminium free baking soda
1 cup borax (Mule brand)
Optional: 10 drops essential oil ~ lavender, peppermint or eucalyptus
Foot soak detox use half the ingredients above.
Hydrate Deeply: Continue drinking lots of clean, mineral-rich water to flush out toxins and support cellular repair.
Eat Nourishing Foods: Choose light, whole-food meals to support your body’s natural detox and healing processes.
Rest & Reflect: Give yourself space to integrate. A minimum of 8 hours of rest is recommended to allow the body to fully absorb the energetic healing of the Light System.
